SUMMARY OF FACTS REGARDING THE 2024 ELECTION –

• On Dec 5, 2023, an AP article reported nearly two dozen computer scientists voiced concerns about a multi-state effort to unlawfully obtain copies of voting system software and provide it to allies of former President Trump, posing “serious threats” ahead of the 2024 election.

• Trump operatives obtained copies of voting software 3 years prior to the 2024 election.

• NBC News compiled a list of 67 locations in 19 counties which received bomb threats in high-population Democratic counties.

• After the election was called for Trump, Cyber Security Experts sent letters to Kamala Harris on 11-13-24 & 11-15-24 in which they claimed the 2024 election may have been hacked & urged her to demand Recounts in Swing States, stating; “You should reverse your concession, call for both a full investigation of criminal activity and demand hand recounts in all seven swing states”.

• To the detriment of our country, Harris chose to ignore Cyber Security Experts advice and instead retreated to a 7 million dollar estate in Hawaii @ $1,300 per night. By failing to order recounts in Swing States, Harris played right into the hands of Trump & Republicans, guaranteeing Trump would be sworn in with no investigations.

• Trump admitted the 2024 election and future elections will be rigged when he said ““I don’t need any votes. We got all the votes we need. We got more votes than anybody’s ever had. “Get out and vote just this time…. you won’t have to do it anymore… we’ll have it fixed so good, in four years you don’t have to vote again”

• Trump thanked Elon Musk at a rally on 1-19-2025 for help with Vote Counting Machines.

• Musk stated how voting easy computers are to hack. During an October 2024 town hall in Pennsylvania, Elon Musk stated; “I’m a technologist. I know a lot about computers and I’m like the last thing I would do is trust a computer because it’s just too easy to hack…. just add one line“.

• When Tucker Carlson asked Musk’s 4 yr/old son if Trump was going to win, he said; “Yeah, they’ll never know”.

• Joe Rogan stated on his show that Elon Musk knew Trump ‘won’ 4 hours before the election count was over.  Rogan stated; “Apparently Elon created an app and he knew who won 4 hours before the results. Dana White told me, I’m leaving, it’s over, Donald Won”

• June 5, 2025 Musk posted on “X”; Without me, Trump would have lost the election, Dems would control the House and the Republicans would be 51-49 in the Senate” 

• Videos from ElectionTruthAlliance.org show anomalies in the 2024 Elections in Swing States including unusual Drop Off Votes and evidence of a ‘Russian Tail Hack’.

• Journalist / Investigator to the BBC & Rolling Stone, Greg Palast claims he found over 3.5 million voters were disenfranchised by illegal voter purges, challenges & suppression tactics.

• Dr Beth Clarkson, a ASQ-Certified Quality Engineer with a PhD in Statistics, stated she found patterns indicative of manipulation in elections and voting machines; “not just an anomaly that occurred in one place, but a pattern that has occurred repeatedly in elections across the U.S.”

• Ex-RNC Spokesperson and Political Strategist Cheri Jacobus says “Trump is an illegitimate President” who never legitimately won a Presidential election (2016 & 2024)

• Former Judge Michael Luttig and Constitutional scholar Laurence Tribe stated that Donald Trump is ineligible to be President under the 14th Amendment for his role in the January 6 attack on the US Capitol.

• Constitutional law expert John Bonifaz stated that Trump engaged in an insurrection and is barred from federal office by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. Bonifaz stated that Trump has no legal authority and every action he takes could be challenged in court.

• Constitutional Law Professor Evan Bernick of Northern Illinois University urged Congressional Democrats to initiate an Amnesty Vote to remove Trump from office which they ignored

• Trump told outrageous lies to get elected such as “I know nothing about Project 2025”. He therefore engaged in fraud and deception to get elected
